Collection of Data

The aforementioned aspects of Usage of your Data shall serve as a lawful basis in instances when Pony Geek Inc. is acting as a Data Controller in the context of European Data Protection law and regulations.
- We generally collect and use data with your previous permission. Where we need the information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. User may take actions that may affect your User Account.
